Here is the proposal of the Trattoria di Livergnano for those wishing to spend August 15, 2018 on the Futa State Road.

The menu includes:

 

 Appetizers

Mixed crostini
Blanched mortadella casket with ricotta, pistachios and restriction of balsamic vinegar
Porcini mushrooms flan with on cream of Reggiano cheese

 First Course

Tagliatelle with bolognese ragout or with ham and lemon
Tortellini in capon broth  or  cream
Tortelloni butter and sage or a butter-tomato sauce
Spaghetti alla chitarra with cherry tomatoes, taggiasca olives and caper fruits [cucunci]

 Second Course

Mixed grill
Argentine Angus sliced steak with potatoes
Grilled mutton
Veal with tomato confit and yogurt-mint sauce 

Side dishes

Roast potatoes
Seasonal vegetables
‘Friggione’ [Bolognese succulent sauce with stewed onions and tomatoes]
